Fliqa WedPlan gives you a way to request deletion of your account and associated wedding planning information. You can also request removal of eligible wedding planning data while keeping your account.

You do not need to reinstall or have the app open to submit this request. We will never ask for your account password.

How the Deletion Process Works

Submit Your Request

Choose the information you want deleted (Option A or Option B) and submit your request using the form above.

Verify Ownership

We verify that the request is authorized before processing account-related data by dispatching a secure 6-digit confirmation code.

Process and Confirm

After verification, your request is processed according to the applicable deletion procedure, and the outcome is recorded.

Data Covered by the Deletion Process

When an account deletion or data deletion request is fulfilled, the following data points are permanently removed from our active Google Cloud Firestore database:

User Account Profile: Email address, display name, and authentication identifiers.

Wedding Record: Dates, city location, partner names, and total budget goals.

Budget & Expenses: Budget allocation categories, recorded expenses, amounts paid, and payment records.

Checklist & Tasks: Wedding planning milestones, completion statuses, priorities, and custom tasks.

Guests & RSVPs: Guest names, contact details, attendance numbers, and ceremony affiliations.

Ceremonies & Vendors: Event schedules (Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, Wedding, Reception) and vendor contact lists.

Local Data & Backup Notes: If you used Fliqa WedPlan in Guest Mode, data is stored locally on your device and will be removed when you clear app data or uninstall the application. Cloud deletion permanently purges all active cloud documents. Backup archives are overwritten on standard rotational cycles.

In-App Deletion Path

If you have the Android application installed, you can also delete your account directly from within the app by opening More → Settings → Account & Data Deletion.

Both web and in-app methods fulfill identical data eradication procedures.
