1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and FliqaIndia Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your access to and use of the Fliqa WedPlan mobile application, associated services, and web documentation (collectively, the “Service”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Fliqa WedPlan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Using Fliqa WedPlan
Fliqa WedPlan provides tools designed to help couples, families, and wedding coordinators organize wedding preparation checklists, estimate budgets, track expenses, structure guest lists, plan ceremonies, and record vendor details in one consolidated experience.
The application is currently provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial wedding planning. You may use the application on compatible Android devices running supported operating system versions.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
To enable cloud synchronization across multiple devices, you may register an account using Email/Password or Google Sign-In. You agree that:
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and device access.
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You will notify us immediately at support@fliqaindia.com if you discover unauthorized access to your account.
4. Guest Mode Usage
Fliqa WedPlan permits use without logging in (“Guest Mode”). In Guest Mode, your wedding plans, task checklists, and budget entries are stored solely on your device. You acknowledge that if you uninstall the application, lose your device, or clear device application storage without having created an account, locally stored data cannot be restored by FliqaIndia.
5. Accuracy of Wedding Details
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of all wedding dates, times, guest contact information, venue locations, and budget figures entered into the application. Fliqa WedPlan serves as a personal recording and calculation tool and does not independently audit or verify data submitted by users.
6. Budget & Financial Disclaimers
Financial Tool Disclaimer: The budget calculator and expense tracker in Fliqa WedPlan are organizational conveniences. Fliqa WedPlan is NOT a bank, payment gateway, financial advisor, lender, money transfer service, or accounting firm.
The application does not process actual monetary payments, transfer funds to vendors, hold deposits, or provide formal tax or financial advice. All budget recommendations and expense percentage estimates are general organizational aids.
7. Vendor Records & Disclaimers
Fliqa WedPlan allows you to maintain contact details and service notes for wedding vendors (such as caterers, venues, decorators, makeup artists, and photographers).
- Storing vendor details does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or warranty by FliqaIndia of that vendor’s reliability, pricing, or quality.
- Fliqa WedPlan does not act as an escrow agent, broker, contractor, or guarantor for third-party vendor agreements.
- All contracts, payments, bookings, and disputes with vendors are solely between you and the respective vendor.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not use Fliqa WedPlan to:
- Violate any applicable central, state, or local laws or regulations in India.
- Store or transmit defamatory, harassing, obscene, abusive, or unlawful content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the mobile application.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our Google Firebase cloud endpoints or attempt to bypass security rules.
- Use automated scrapers, bots, or spiders to access or harvest data from the Service.
9. User Content & Ownership
You retain complete ownership of all wedding planning information, guest details, checklists, and notes you create within Fliqa WedPlan (“User Content”). By synchronizing User Content with our cloud servers, you grant FliqaIndia a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to host, store, back up, and transmit that content to fulfill your wedding planning experience.
All trademarks, logos, visual designs, interfaces, and software code associated with Fliqa WedPlan and FliqaIndia are the exclusive intellectual property of FliqaIndia Pvt. Ltd.
10. Application Availability
We strive to maintain reliable operation of Fliqa WedPlan. However, the Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free from server maintenance outages. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue components of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
11. Account and Data Deletion
You may terminate your relationship with Fliqa WedPlan at any time. You can request deletion of your account and associated wedding data, or request deletion of wedding planning records while retaining your login.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or add features to Fliqa WedPlan to enhance functionality or comply with regulatory updates. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service following revisions constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
